It’s easy to find and update a client’s profile in MINDBODY Express™.
- To begin, tap the clients icon on the left.
- The client list will bring up the last ten clients you’ve viewed during this session, with the most recent client at the top. If you see the name of the client you want to view on this list, just tap to select it (1).
- If the client you are looking for is not in this list, you can search for the client. Just enter the client’s name, phone number, or email in the search field.
- Tap the client’s name to select him or her in the search results (2).
- This will take you to the client’s profile page, where you can update the client’s personal information (e.g., contact information, birthday, email, etc.), add or change the profile picture, view purchases and account details, and more.
You can also access a client’s profile while you are adding items to the ticket in the Retail screen.
- Tap the client icon at the top right.
- This takes you to the profile screen, where you can make any changes you wish.
- Save your changes.
- Then, hit the back arrow to return to the Retail screen and complete the sale.
