When you log in, you’ll see your staff photo in the top left corner. Below it, you'll find the tools you need to run your business smoothly.
Staff Photo: Tap your photo to edit your profile information. Read more below.
Schedule: Tap the schedule icon to see a snapshot of what’s happening at your business. Choose to check out everything on the books, or narrow in on your own schedule. Scroll back and forth through time, or use the calendar icon at the top right to skip to a specific day. To read more about the schedule, click here.
Retail: Tap the retail icon when you are ready to sell products or pricing options to a customer. You’ll be asked to choose between selling to an existing client, a new client, or a walk-in client. Tap the option that works for you, and start adding items to the ticket. To learn more about completing sales for new, existing, and walk-in clients, click here. To learn how to accept payment through Express, click here.
Clients: Tap the clients icon to search for an existing client or to add a new client to the system. You can search for clients by name, phone number, or email address. To read more about client profiles, click here.
Recent Sales: Click the recent sales icon to see a record of your sales transactions, including the client’s name, the items purchased, the staff member who completed the sale, and the total ticket cost. Returns will show up in red. Click any sales transaction to go to the Sale ID screen, where you can see additional details, like the payment method used.
Only the owner and staff members with permission to view the Sales / Sales by Category / Sales by Services reports can access it. Learn more.

Credit & Debit Sales:
Click the Credit & Debit Sales icon to see a record of your recent integrated merchant account transactions. Learn more.
Note: This icon will appear only if you use MINDBODY merchant account processing. Only the owner and staff members with permission to view the "Sales / Sales by Category / Sales by Services reports can access it.
My Profile: Click the My Profile icon to edit your personal info, your contact info, your public bio, and even your user password. Learn more.
Note: My Profile shows up only if you are logged in as a staff member, not as the owner. Only staff members with permission to edit their information will be able to make changes.
Location: If your business has multiple locations, tap the location icon to see all of them. Then, tap the location you want to switch to. Your selected location affects the schedule you see, and where you are able to book appointments. Note: Only staff members who have the “Allow users to switch between locations while logged in” permission will see this icon. All others must log out and log back in to switch locations.
Support: Tap the support icon to send our Express team an email. They’re excited to hear your feedback, and they want to help you get the answers you need.
Log Out: Tap this icon when you are ready to log out of Express. Then, press Log Out to confirm your decision.
